Lamb Satay Aunthentic Malaysian Style

An easy way to make an epic chicken lamb effortlessly yet tasty



Methods

Blend all marinate ingredients well.

Add the lamb pieces into the mixture and marinate it for 2 hours in the fridge.

Soak 6 bamboo skewers 25 minutes in cold water (to prevent them from burning).

Once the chicken is well-marinated, thread lamb pieces onto one end of skewer.

You can broil in the oven or barbecue it.

Serve it with peanut sauce dipping.

Ingredients

  • 450g lamb(cut into small pieces about 1inch)

  • Marinate ingredients:
  • 3 shallots or 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tender lemongrass (finely sliced)
  • 2 red finger hot peppers
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 inch galangal (optional)
  • 2 tbs. lime/lemon juice


Tips

    You may substitute lamb with beef, chicken, etc
