Blend all marinate ingredients well.
Add the lamb pieces into the mixture and marinate it for 2 hours in the fridge.
Soak 6 bamboo skewers 25 minutes in cold water (to prevent them from burning).
Once the chicken is well-marinated, thread lamb pieces onto one end of skewer.
You can broil in the oven or barbecue it.
Serve it with peanut sauce dipping.
