Preheat oven to 400F. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In a small skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 20 to 30 seconds ( do not brown). Remove skillets from heat; add butter, stirring into oil just until butter melts. Set aside and keep warm.
In a shallow bowl combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan and parsley; set aside.
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Dip each shrimp in a butter mixture, then coat in breadcrumb mixture. Place shrimp on baking sheet.
Bake 8 to 12 minutes or until crisp and golden, and opaque in the center. Serve with warmed marinara for dipping.
