Mix all marinate ingredients well.
Add the chicken pieces into the mixture and marinate it for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
Soak 6 bamboo skewers 25 minutes in cold water (to prevent them from burning).
Once the chicken is well-marinated, thread chicken pieces onto one end of skewer.
You can broil it in the oven or barbecue it for 7 minutes each side until fully cooked.
Serve it with rice with roasted tomatoes, roasted onion, cucumber and yogurt.
