Almond-Panko Crusted Whitefish

An easy way to make an ultimate crispy whitefish that the meat is tender inside and crispy outside



Methods

Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium (300F to 350F). Lightly coat an baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Season fillets with salt and pepper to taste and place in baking dish. Brush fillets with mustard; set aside.

In a medium bowl combine panko, almonds, parsley and lemon peel; spoon mixture on fillets, coat well.

Place baking dish on grill; grill 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately.

    Main ingredients:
  • 4 ( 6-oz) fresh whitefish fillets
  • 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh Italian ( flat leaf) parsley
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated lemon peel
